Program description. Mock Law, APC (“Mock Law”) sends text messages to existing clients who have consented to receive them. Messages include appointment reminders, case updates, and requests for documents.
How you opt in. You opt in by agreeing to text messaging in your engagement letter with Mock Law, or by sending a text message to our business number (415) 523-7969 first.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your matter.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Mock Law does not charge for text messages.
Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

Privacy. Your mobile number and text consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy at https://mmocklaw.com/privacy-policy/.
Important notice. Text messages are not a secure way to send confidential information. Please do not include sensitive details in text messages. Texting does not create an attorney-client relationship.
