Flat Fees
We offer transparent, competitive fees—without big‑firm overhead.
Flat fees are best for small projects with a limited scope, such as drafting prenuptial agreements, discussing a limited issue, or filling out court forms.
In flat fee projects:
- You know exactly how much it will cost, before our work even begins
- You never have to worry about surprise bills
- You feel free to ask questions without being billed for every minute
- We can spend as much time as we need to make sure your project is perfect
Hourly Billing
Hourly billing is best for projects with an unpredictable scope, such as litigation, contract review, legal research, or negotiation with a third party. We will still give you an estimate upfront and will keep you updated throughout the project so you won’t be caught by surprise with the final bill.
Unbundled Services
Unbundled legal services are limited-scope legal services provided by an attorney. Typically, a client represents him or herself in pro per, but still needs help drafting legal documents or with legal procedure. See my FAQ on Unbundled Legal Services for more information. Unbundled legal services may be billed on a flat fee or hourly basis depending on the type of service.
